Since the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in lockdowns and many people are working from home, there has been far less clients asking for cleaning to be done on Saturdays. Sadly, we have had to stop offering cleaning services for smaller jobs on Saturdays. This is because it is not a normal working day for our staff and it is not profitable to get a team to work overtime for one small job.

A minimum fee of R1500.00 has been implemented for any job booked for a Saturday.

The minimum fee will include any cleaning up to the value of R1500 that is done at the client’s premises. That means that loose carpets that need to be cleaned at our office will not be included in the minimum fee.

We hope that things will go back to normal, but it seems that many households have someone that is working from home some of the time and now prefer for us to do their cleaning in the week. This might be the normal situation for many years to come. However, if we find that demand for Saturday work increases, we will reconsider this policy.
